A senior inspector once described me as honest, polite, and hardball. My typical client needs a second opinion prior to a knock on the door. We then go through a bespoke process primarily aimed at allowing the client to sleep at night and mitigating penalties. We also do a lot with schemes that have either not done quite what the client hoped or have suffered from the random retrospective legislation this government and the previous shower seems to think is constitutional.
