I am an Employment Law Solicitor, and an Employment Tribunal Judge.
I help individuals navigate difficulties with an employer, such as exits and settlement agreements, discrimination, whistleblowing or restrictive covenants, as well as acting on their behalf in tribunal or court claims. I also review contracts or negotiate packages and/or bonus structures for those moving into new roles.
For businesses, I assist with anything related to HR, e.g. disciplinaries, grievances, redundancies, policies, procedures, contracts. I also defend tribunal claims and negotiate settlements or resolve disputes.
I also specialise in Commercial Litigation, focusing on enforceability of restrictive covenants and remedies for breach, injunctions, bonus claims and Boardroom disputes.
